Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?
Yes. Manara is based in Vancouver and works on site across the Lower Mainland and BC. Most consulting and build work runs perfectly well remotely, so we take on clients across North America.
How long does a typical engagement take?
An operational and AI assessment usually takes one to two weeks. Most builds land in the two-to-six-week range. We scope everything into short phases with a working deliverable at the end of each, so you see value before committing further.
What if we're not sure what we need yet?
That's the normal starting point. Book a discovery call and describe what's slowing you down. If we can help, we'll propose an assessment; if we can't, we'll say so. Either way you leave with a clearer picture of the problem.
Is this only for large construction firms?
No. Manara is built for small and mid-sized businesses. Solutions are sized to your team and your budget, and we favour improving the tools you already own over selling you new ones.
Can you build custom AI tools for our specific processes?
Yes, that's the core of the work: assistants trained on your documents, automations for your specific workflows, and dashboards built around your data. Everything is designed against your actual process, and adoption support is part of the engagement.
How does this work with our existing software?
We integrate before we replace. Most engagements connect and extend the systems you already run, whether that's an ERP, project management software, or the spreadsheets in between. Replacement is a last resort, not a default.
