AI Workshops
Get your team genuinely good at AI
Tools are the easy part. The value comes when your team knows how to use them well on real work. We run practical, hands-on workshops built around your actual tasks and documents. If your team uses a computer, this applies to them.
What we do
Inside this service
AI fundamentals and prompting
How these tools actually work, how to ask well, and why the same question can produce brilliance or nonsense.
Content and communication
Drafting, editing, summarizing, and reporting with AI, in your voice and to your standard.
Workflow automation
Spotting the repetitive work worth automating and connecting tools like n8n and Power Automate to handle it.
Research and analysis
Using AI to digest documents, compare options, and pull answers out of long material without losing accuracy.
Judgement and verification
How to sanity-check output before it matters: knowing when to trust the tool and when to check the source.
Ethics, privacy, and policy
What's safe to put into these tools, what isn't, and a simple starting policy for company and client information.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do you run these remotely?
Yes, in person around the Lower Mainland or remotely anywhere. Both work well for hands-on sessions.
Is this for beginners or advanced users?
We tailor to the room. Most sessions handle a mix, and the intake survey tells us the real starting point before anyone sits down.
Which teams get the most out of this?
If your team uses a computer, they can benefit. Operations, project management, marketing, sales, and leadership teams all map well onto the curriculum.
What makes this different from a webinar?
Everyone works hands-on with their own real tasks and leaves with working prompts and, often, a live automation. Watching slides doesn't change behaviour; doing the work does.
What happens after the workshop?
A reference guide built from your session, a policy starting point, and a follow-up clinic about 30 days later to lock in what stuck.
Can training grants cover this?
Often, yes. British Columbia's Employer Training Grant can cover a large share of eligible training costs. We can point you to it during scoping.
