By accessing this website or engaging Manara Ventures Ltd. for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We provide consulting, technology, brand, and coaching services as described on this site. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over general descriptions on this site.

Work begins from an agreed written proposal. Fees, milestones, and payment terms are stated there. We invoice through Wave; unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice.

Your content: you retain ownership of the materials and information you provide to us.

Our deliverables: on full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any pre-existing tools, methods, or components we retain and license to you to use as part of the deliverable.

Third-party tools: some deliverables rely on third-party software and services, which remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Coaching and training services are provided for general guidance and skills development. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice for your specific circumstances unless expressly agreed in writing.

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement. We expect the same care for any confidential information we share with you.

This website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. While we work to be accurate and useful, we do not guarantee particular results from our services or information.

To the extent permitted by law, Manara Ventures Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to termination.

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use its content unlawfully.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
