Information you give us: when you use our contact form or book a call, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, company, and the details of your enquiry.

Information collected automatically: we run our own first-party, privacy-respecting analytics. We record basic, aggregated usage such as pages viewed, using a salted daily visitor hash. We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business: Supabase (to store contact-form submissions), Cal.com (to schedule discovery calls), and Vercel (to host this website). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage we use is limited to what is needed to operate the site. You can configure your browser to limit or block cookies.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take care to limit what we collect and who can access it.

Under Canadian and British Columbia law you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
