Construction engagements vary widely in scope and duration, so we quote custom rates after a short scoping call. We provide fractional Project Manager, Project Controller, and Marine subject-matter-expert support during surge capacity, which costs less than permanently hiring and carries no long-term commitment.

Funding and grants

Many engagements may qualify for provincial or federal funding. British Columbia and Canada run grant and cost-share programs that help small businesses invest in staff training, technology adoption, and process improvement, and where a client and project are eligible these can meaningfully reduce the cost of the work.

Examples that fit the kind of work we do include British Columbia's Employer Training Grant for training and coaching, and federal innovation support such as NRC IRAP for technology and advisory projects. As part of scoping an engagement we will point you toward the programs that fit your situation.
